Through scientifically proven interactive exercises, reflective practice, and scenario based activities, participants will gain tools to claim their space vocally – without compromising authenticity- and develop vocal habits that support confidence, presence, and professional influence.

- Understand the neuroscience of vocal influence and its effect on listener perception.
- Recognise different vocal styles and personal vocal patterns.
- Uncover and address internalised and external biases around women’s voices.
- Establish vocal techniques that enhance clarity, presence, collaboration and authority.
- Manage connection vs authority expectations.
Understand the relationship between confidence, nervous system state, and voice. - Gain techniques to manage vocal anxiety, regulate nervous system response, and develop vocal strength and stability
- Develop a personalised “vocal presence plan” to suit leadership style and goals.
- Discover strategies to ensure contributions are ‘heard’ in all environments.
- Practice high-stakes conversations, impromptu contributions and presentations with live coaching and feedback.

Duration
Full day. Can be reduced to a half-day, or long half-day, if required. Can also be delivered in a series of shorter sessions.
